The excellence of Niko Romito’s cuisine hits the road with Enilive’s ALT Stazione del Gusto
We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Enilive and the Niko Romito Academy to bring the gastronomic experience of ALT Stazione del Gusto to the road. Thanks to the iconic American Airstream, culinary excellence will be coming to exclusive events throughout Italy in 2025.
The menu, curated by Niko Romito and his Academy, offers dishes that reinterpret Italian tradition with a modern twist. Among the specialities are the famous sweet and savoury bombe that are winning over the palates of all guests.
After opening in cities such as Rome, Florence, Verona, Sesto San Giovanni, Vicenza and Padua, ALT Stazione del Gusto began its international expansion, also arriving in Austria and Germany. Now, with the travelling version, we bring this unique experience directly to the most exclusive events.
